Directions to set up your email accounts with Microsoft Outlook below:
In Outlook, go to Tools -> Email accounts (Left click on E-Mail
Select Add a new email account and click Next >
Choose POP3 and click Next >
Enter the information you set up in Control Panel -> Mail
Your Name: The display name which will be used when sending email
Email Address: Your email account @ your domain .com
Incoming and Outgoing servers: mail.your domain.com
Username: The first part of your email address
as you set up in the control panel
Password: The Password you choose in the control panel
Once the settings have been entered, click on the More Settings ...
After having clicked on the More Settings ... button, change the tab to
outgoing server and check My Outgoing server required authentication.
The Use same settings option should be selected as well.
Press OK twice to exit and save your account.
Press send and receive to ensure your account is working properly.
