| SETTINGS AND DIRECTIONS FOR MICROSOFT OUTLOOK

Directions to set up your email accounts with Microsoft Outlook Express below:
Step 1:
In Outlook Express , go to Tools -> Accounts... (Left click on Accounts...)

Step 2:
Select Add and left click on click Mail...

Step 3:
Enter your Display name and click Next >
Display Name: The display name which will be used when sending email
Step 4:
Enter the information for the email address (which you set up in Control Panel -> Mail)
and click Next >
Email Address: Your email account @ your domain .com

Step 5:
Make sure POP3 is selected from the drop down box and fill in the name
servers then click Next >
Both your incoming and Outgoing servers: mail.yourdomain.com

Step 6:
Enter the username and password for your account (which you set up in Control Panel -> Mail)
and click Next >
Username: The first part of your email address (username@yourdomain.com)
as you set up in the control panel
Password: The Password you choose in the control panel

Step 7:
Left click on Finish to save your account information

Step 8:
Go back to Tools -> Accounts... (Left click on Accounts...) and ensure
your account is listed in the box
Select your account and left click the properties button

Step 9:
In the properties box, select the Servers tab and check My server
requires authentication, then click Settings

Step 10:
Ensure Use same settings... is selected and click OK, press OK on the
next two screens to get back to Outlook Express

Step 11:
Click the Send / Receive button to ensure the account is working
properly
